Job Description

• Follow up with leads via call, WhatsApp, and email to promote education programmes and training courses
• Advise prospective students and clients on programme details, entry requirements, and benefits
• Convert enquiries into registrations and achieve sales targets
• Prepare basic documentation for enrolment and training coordination
• Manage social media (posting, replying, engagement)
• Create simple content and support marketing campaigns
• Host or join live sessions and confidently present on camera
• Assist in training or event coordination when required

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma,advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Candidate with a min of 1 years working experience in telemarketing/sales/training industry are added advantage.
• Have passion for sales and perseverance when faced with challenges.

• Possess good command of both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia
