Full Time ARCHITECT - ASSISTANT ARCHITECT Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in IRDECO SDN BHD Alor Setar - Maukerja

• Prepare conceptual designs, presentation drawings, working drawings, and technical documentation.
• Develop architectural drawings and building plans in accordance with project requirements and relevant standards.
• Prepare and submit Local Authority (PBT) approval plans and coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Produce construction drawings, detailing, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and site supervision from design development through construction completion.
• Attend project meetings, site inspections, and progress reviews when required.
• Ensure all drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated, and completed within project timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Assistant Architect: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Architect: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant working experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of BIM is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Malaysian building regulations, Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), and PBT submission processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Willing to travel for project site visits, meetings, and inspections when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
