As the Singapore office continues to grow, looking for an Operations Officer who will become a key link between Asian clients and the product and engineering teams in France.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Middle Office / Operations professional with a solid understanding of structured products and a passion for improving operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, automating manual processes, troubleshooting production issues, and working directly with international financial institutions.

Key Challenges & Responsibilities

• -Ensure smooth day-to-day BAU operations by monitoring production workflows and resolving operational exceptions.

- Manage the lifecycle of structured products, including fixings, barrier observations, cash flow calculations, early redemptions, corporate actions, and maturities.

• -Execute accurate booking and modelling of complex structured products while ensuring full compliance with term sheets.
• -Investigate operational and technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams in France on complex issues.
• -Monitor market data quality, resolve missing or inconsistent data, and coordinate with internal Market Data teams and external vendors.
• -Automate internal workflows using Python, VBA, or similar technologies to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• -Support integrations with execution platforms, custodians, and institutional booking systems.
• -Work closely with international clients during Asian business hours, providing operational support and ensuring excellent service quality.

What We're Looking For

• -2+ years of experience in Middle Office, Financial Operations, Trade Support, Derivatives Support, or similar roles within financial institutions or FinTech companies.
• -Solid understanding of structured products such as Autocallables, FCNs, Reverse Convertibles, and their lifecycle.
• -Experience working with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar financial market data platforms.
• -Hands-on experience with automation using Python, VBA, or similar scripting languages.

- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes.

• -Comfortable using modern AI tools, command-line interfaces, and automation technologies.
• -Excellent attention to detail, strong ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• -Fluent English.
