Are you an experienced payroll professional who is meticulous,organised, and passionate about delivering accurate payroll services? We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Manage monthly and ad-hoc payroll processing,including salary payments, bonuses, festive advance payments, data verification, report preparation, and payment approvals
• Process employee claims and reimbursements,including overtime, night duty allowances, Government-Paid Leave claims, and National Service make-up pay claims, ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping
• Support payroll audits by preparingdocumentation and responding to audit queries
• Perform payroll-related financialreconciliations, including bank reconciliations, accounting reclassifications,and manpower secondment billings
• Ensure timely and accurate statutorysubmissions, including CPF, Annual Tax Reporting, IR21, and other regulatoryfilings
• Participate in payroll system enhancements,including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations andenhancements
• Maintain payroll records with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, Accountancy, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a high-volume payroll environment
• Good understanding of Singapore payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and employment legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,particularly Excel, and experienced in HRIS systems such as SAP Success Factors or equivalent
• Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and strong team spirit

Working Hours / Location:

• Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm , Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Changi Airport
