Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing role based in Cheras. The Marketing team member will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote Calisto Group’s eyewear and eye care services across retail locations and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with marketing strategy, coordinating promotional activities and events, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role involves creating and updating marketing materials, tracking campaign performance, and providing insights to improve brand visibility and customer engagement. The person in this role works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong, cohesive brand presence in the local market.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to analyze customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Sales and Customer Service skills to support retail initiatives, understand customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Marketing Strategy, including planning campaigns, positioning products, and supporting brand-building activities.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to work on-site in Cheras, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail, eyewear, or consumer goods marketing is an advantage.
