Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Support

• Create short-form social posts and concise copy that match our trading brand voice.
• Design simple visuals and layouts using tools like Canva to support campaigns and emails.
• Help set up and QA email sends, landing pages, and basic paid social assets.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track basic campaign metrics and compile weekly performance summaries.
• Turn raw numbers into short, clear recommendations for the team.

Operations & Collaboration

• Maintain the content calendar and coordinate deadlines with product and trading teams.
• Support small events, webinars, or community activities as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• No prior full-time experience required, internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic content creation skills, including social copywriting and visual layout using Canva or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, basic analytics, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as email, social media, and simple SEO ideas.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear written and verbal communication suitable for small team collaboration.
• Organised, curious, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
