Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management or Account Servicing within a creative, digital or advertising agency.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Senior Account Executives looking to progress into an Account Manager role are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
- Manage projects and marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare proposals, campaign timelines, presentations and reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and provide strategic recommendations.
