Kelayakan
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling a full set of accounts. Candidates with 4–6 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience managing multiple companies or group accounts will be an advantage.
- Experience in the property development, construction, hospitality, education, or trading industry is an added advantage.
- Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, IFCA, or similar systems.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Monitor inventory transactions and maintain accurate accounting treatment.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, SST, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and government authorities.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, financial analysis, and reporting.
