Kerja Internship Information Technology (IT) di AUG Student Services Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing for a certificate / diploma / degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong interest in IT and a passion for the technology sector.

- Preferably entry level specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware / Software / Networking or equivalent.

- Competency in Microsoft products.

- Hands-on experience in administering networking.

- Able to handle and manage multiple tasks and projects.

- Understand current trends in the hardware / software industry. 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support
   - Assisting IT Support Executive in providing technical support to staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. IT Documentation
   - Create and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and guides.
   - Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
   - Assisting IT Support Executive in administrative task; including planning, implementing, and managing IT service contracts.
3. Inventory Management
   - Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software resources.
   - Track IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
   - Assisting IT Support Executive in procurement; including evaluate & review, purchasing and disposal of asset.
4. Project Participation
   - Collaborate on various IT projects and initiatives (Equipment, Infrastructure, Data Management & Analysis)
   - Support system upgrades and new technology implementations.
   - Assisting IT Support Executive in research & update on current technology trend and provide recommendation.
   - To handle special projects to fulfil academic requirement (if require).
5. Learning & Development
   - Participate in training sessions and workshops.
   - Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
