About the Role:

The Client Channel team acts as the primary support function for institutional and corporate banking clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across Financial Markets products. The role involves working closely with Relationship Managers, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to provide excellent client support and resolve operational queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for client service and operational support related to Financial Markets products.

* Handle client enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

* Manage client requests while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

* Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Relationship Managers to resolve client issues.

* Monitor and track client cases, providing regular updates until closure.

* Ensure all client activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

* Support client onboarding activities and maintain accurate client records where required.

* Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

* 3–8 years of experience in Banking Operations, Client Services, Corporate Banking, Financial Markets Operations, Treasury Operations, or Capital Markets.

* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

* Experience handling operational queries, escalations, and cross-functional coordination.

* Knowledge of banking products, payment systems, or financial markets is an advantage.

* Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
