Tanggungjawab

This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in Jurong.

Responsibilities

  • Admin and coordination support to project management teams.
  • Day to day programme operations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of programme activities.
  • Supporting monthly budget control reviews and annual finance reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, scheduling, preparation of materials, minute taking, and follow up of action items.
  • General admin duties (calendar management, overseas trip planning, logistics support for meetings and teleconferences, and document filing).
  • Documentation management and systematic filing of records.
  • Become a liaison to ensure smooth office and programme operations.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma holder in a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience relating to project management/coordination.
