Role Purpose

The Operations Assistant / Operations Executive supports the daily operations of the Club to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning office facilities, events, and services. The role involves coordination with internal teams, contractors, and service providers to maintain operational standards and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Facilities Support

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Club, including clubhouse, facilities, and common areas.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers on maintenance, repairs, and operational works.
  • Conduct routine checks on Club facilities and report defects or safety issues for rectification.
  • Ensure operational areas comply with safety, hygiene, and Club policies.

Event & Function Support

  • Provide operational support for Club events, functions, and golf-related activities.
  • Coordinate event set-up, breakdown, and logistics, including furniture, equipment, and layout arrangements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Coordination & Administration

  • Assist with operations-related documentation, records, and basic reporting.
  • Support procurement of operational supplies and maintain inventory records where required.
  • Coordinate internal work requests and follow up on completion status.

Member & Staff Support

  • Attend to operational enquiries from members and staff.
  • Assist frontline teams in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
  • Support enforcement of Club rules and operational guidelines where necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in club, hospitality, or facilities operations is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and during Club events as required.
