Electro-Cirkel Marine & Industry Singapore Pte. Ltd. is the Singapore subsidiary of an established European marine electrical supplier with over 50 years of experience. We supply electrical products and solutions to the marine industry and are backed by an international group with operations in Europe, the United States and China.

As we continue to grow our Singapore operation, we are looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team and help build the business for the long term.

About the Role

As one of the first employees of Electro-Cirkel Singapore, you will play an important role in building our commercial operation. You will work closely with the Managing Director and become a key point of contact for our customers, supporting the commercial process from RFQs through to successful order fulfilment.

This is a hands-on role in a growing business where initiative, ownership and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and respond to daily RFQs from ship chandlers and marine customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Support tender submissions and commercial administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasers and buyers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers and warehouse operations.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and commercial documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial and operational processes.
• Assist warehouse operations during busy periods when required.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of relevant commercial, inside sales or customer service experience.
• Previous experience within the marine industry is highly preferred.
• Experience working for a marine supplier, industrial distributor or ship chandler is a strong advantage.
• Experience handling quotations, RFQs, tenders and order processing.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ERP systems is an advantage.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a genuine desire to grow with the business.
