Job Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service standards.
Perform general administrative and customer support duties.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
