Full Time Accounts Receivable Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in WGT EHR PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including monitoring outstanding receivables and following up on overdue payments.
• Process customer receipts, perform account reconciliations, and ensure accurate maintenance of AR records.
• Prepare customer statements, monthly reconciliations, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities.
• Assist with general accounting, administrative, and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experiences in Accounts Receivable (AR) or a related accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: West
• 5.5 work week
