Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements

1–3 years of sales experience (or as required for the role).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Self-motivated, organized, and customer-oriented.

Willingness to travel when required.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Strong presentation and relationship management skills.

Problem-solving and time management abilities.
