Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Architectural Manager di WCT Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Follow up on action taken by consultant on solution / decision by issuing memo and revised drawing as agreed by the company.
• Follow up with ID consultant to issue revised drawing and site memo for design changes made due to end user requirement and site deviation.
• Ensure subcontractor / supplier to follow the Company / client procedure on material submission, work method statement, sample board, shop drawing for physical and practical work at site.
• Monitoring and update the drawing master list according to the ID CN drawing received from ID consultant to issue to subcontractor and nominated subcontractor.
• Assist and monitoring subcontractor material proposal, work method statement, sample board and shop drawing submission to consultant / client. Update and compile all these submissions for QAQC meeting & design meeting.
• Documentation work for site instruction to contractor for handing over area.
• Liaise with site operation staff for outstanding / insufficient information for construction purpose drawing information / technical issued.
• Monitor subcontractor work progress and update client during progress meeting.
• Assist interrelated department on interrelated scope of work at site discrepancies ( between M&E, interior design scope at work).

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
• 10 years of working experience in construction industry.
