Be the welcoming face of our clinics. No healthcare experience? No problem — we provide full training. Enjoy a genuine 5-day week with day hours only and every public holiday off. 

Work schedule: rotating 5-day work week with at least one weekend day; day shifts 8:30am–6:15pm; no night clinics; closed on public holidays. 

What you’ll do 

  • Greet and check in patients, setting a warm first impression 

  • Book, confirm and reschedule appointments 

  • Handle enquiries by phone, email and at the counter 

  • Collect payments and submit dental claims (CHAS, Medisave, insurance) 

What we’re looking for 

  • Local diploma or degree (or equivalent) in any discipline 

  • Strong written and verbal communication and a friendly, organised manner 

  • Comfortable learning clinic systems 

  • Rotating day roster including one weekend day; no experience needed
