Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Building Materials
• Position Title: Accounts Assistant
• Working Location: Kranji
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, payment records, and assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist with monthly accounting reports and reconciliation activities.
• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and expense claims.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance and administrative matters.
• Support office administration duties, including document management and general coordination.
• Maintain proper filing systems for accounting and administrative records.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
