The Role
A senior executive position with full operational and commercial accountability:
- Shape and execute operational strategy aligned with the company's commercial vision
- Own full P&L accountability, driving profitability through disciplined project execution, cost control, and resource planning
- Take end-to-end ownership of operations - engineering, project management, fabrication, procurement, and on-site delivery
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, consultants, architects, developers, and the wider supply chain
- Lead, develop, and inspire cross-functional teams, embedding a culture of high performance and accountability
- Champion a safety-first, quality-driven approach across all workshop and field operations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for regional growth and market expansion
What We're Looking For
A strategic, hands-on leader with:
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
- 15-20 years of industry experience in construction, roofing, façade, cladding, or steel structures - with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role
- A strong track record of P&L accountability and executive-level operational performance
- Commercial acumen across tendering, contract negotiation, and financial management
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset
