At ID Architects, we are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Architectural Executive to join our innovative team in our Singapore HQ. As an Architectural Executive, you will be at the forefront of designing inspirational spaces that shape the way people live and work. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in a range of prestigious architectural projects, leveraging your expertise to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Documentation

  Assist in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development stages

  Prepare architectural drawings, details, and documentation

  Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution

• Project & Contract Management

  Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities

  Assist in contract administration, tender preparation, and tender evaluation

  Support site supervision to ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and regulations

• Collaboration & Leadership

  Work closely with the project’s Associate Director during design development and implementation

  Manage portions of projects and provide guidance to junior team members

  Participate in project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from universities recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA). Eligible for or holding architectural registration.

• Experience range from 3-7 years.

• Proficiency with architectural software; BIM skills (Revit, Archicad).

• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
