Key Responsibilities

Drafting Duties

• Prepare and revise technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist project engineers in preparing ELV, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, and Security System layouts.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and company standards.
• Maintain and update drawing records and document revisions.
• Coordinate with project teams to obtain accurate information for drawing preparation.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Organize and maintain project files, drawings, and records.
• Assist in quotation, purchase requisition, and project documentation preparation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on project-related matters.
• Support project administration, scheduling, and document control activities.
• Perform data entry and general office administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing handover documents and project completion reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Drafting, Architecture, Building Technology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of ELV, CCTV, Access Control, Networking, or Security Systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
