Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reply to customer live chats promptly and professionally on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Answer questions about products, stock, shipping, and active promotions.
  • Handle after-sales issues like returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to check on delayed or missing parcels.
  • Monitor and reply to viewer comments during TikTok Live sessions.

Requirements:

  • At least a SPM holder (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fast typing speed and good communication skills.
  • Familiar with Shopee/Lazada/TikTok seller backends (Preferred but training provided).
  • Must be able to work afternoon shifts (3pm-11.30pm), weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
