Key Responsibilities
A.) Recruitment Support
- Assist in the recruitment process for Driver, Operation worker in store and pasar positions.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications and communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and application status.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment records and update candidate tracking information.
B.) Employee Records & HR Administration
Compile, verify, and maintain complete employee personal records, including:
- Passport-sized photographs, NRIC details
- EPF, SOCSO and EIS information
- Bank account details for payroll purposes
- Contact and emergency contact information
- Employment documents and other HR-related records
- Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, updated, and kept confidential.
- Prepare and update employee personal files for new hires and existing employees.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and other HR administrative processes.
C.) Attendance & Employee Monitoring
- Monitor employees' daily attendance and punctuality.
- Follow up on absenteeism, late attendance, and Missing in Action (MIA) cases.
- Report attendance-related issues to the HR Executive or Management for further action.
D.) Purchasing & Office Supplies
- Coordinate the purchase of office and pantry supplies, including:
- Floor cleaners, Hand wash, Dishwashing liquid, Toilet Paper Rolls
- Stationery, Printer Ink, other sundry and office supplies as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies in a timely manner.
E.) General Administration
- Perform filing, document management, and record-keeping duties.
- Prepare reports and administrative documents as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and other departments when necessary.
- Carry out ad hoc assignments and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative or HR experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, able to maintain confidentiality and independently, managed multiple tasks
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
