Digital Marketing Executive

Location: AFYAA Tower, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook ) advertising campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze advertising metrics such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
• Prepare basic performance reports and recommend improvements.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
• Manage and follow up with lead databases to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and implement new marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the team to achieve campaign and business objectives.

Requirements

• Passionate about Digital Marketing and Internet Marketing.
• Strong business mindset and results-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position.

• Earn up to 30% commission on every successful sale.
• No basic salary is provided.
• Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
