Job Title: Site Safety Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Site Safety Supervisor to oversee workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, identifying hazards, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations at the project site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health requirements.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and site safety inductions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure workers follow proper safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities on safety-related matters.
• Perform other safety-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must possess valid CIDB certification.
• Must have a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor registration).
• Minimum experience in construction site safety supervision is preferred.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and construction site practices.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and monitor site activities effectively.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
