Sepenuh Masa Clinic Assisstant - Admin Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,200 in MYA CLINIC Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Responsibilities include:

Patient Registration & Front Desk

• Register new patients and update existing patient records (personal details, IC, contact info)
• Manage appointment scheduling — booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Handle patient check-in/check-out, payments, and issue receipts

Assisting Doctors During Consultations

• Prepare consultation rooms and patient files/documents before each session
• Assist doctors during examinations or minor procedures as needed
• Prepare referral letters, medical certificates, and consultation-related documents

Medication Management & Dispensing

• Monitor medication stock levels, expiry dates, and proper storage
• Prepare and label medications accurately according to doctor's prescription
• Explain medication usage and dosage instructions clearly to patients

Daily Clinic Operations

• Ensure the clinic is operationally ready daily (cleanliness, equipment, supplies)
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage throughout the day
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) guidelines, CKAPS, othger related guidelines and clinic policies
• Prepare daily/monthly operational reports (patient volume, sales, etc)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
