1. Human Resources Administration
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, resignation acceptance letters, and termination letters.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate, complete, and kept confidential.
- Update employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS).
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Advertise job vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks where required.
- Prepare onboarding documents and assist with new employee orientation.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily employee attendance and timekeeping records.
- Process leave applications and maintain leave balances.
- Follow up on absenteeism and attendance discrepancies.
4. Payroll Support
- Assist in preparing payroll data, including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Verify payroll information for accuracy before processing.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll-related matters.
5. Statutory Compliance
- Assist with statutory submissions and documentation relating to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and company HR policies.
- Support HR audits and regulatory inspections by preparing the necessary documentation.
6. Training & Employee Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and development activities.
7. Employee Relations
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary matters.
- Prepare show-cause letters, warning letters, and disciplinary documentation.
- Maintain records of grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
8. General Administration
- Prepare monthly HR reports and management reports.
- Assist with office administrative duties when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Management.
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
