About Us:

We are an AS9100-certified precision engineering company serving the aerospace, automation and high-technology industries. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on QC Engineer to ensure that our products meet stringent quality and dimensional requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections.
· Operate and program CMM equipment to carry out dimensional inspections.
· Use various quality-control measuring instruments and equipment.
· Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
· Develop inspection methods and checklists.
· Prepare First Article Inspection and Final QC Inspection Reports.
· Identify, document and report non-conforming parts.
· Support production teams in investigating and resolving quality issues.
· Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated.
· Assist in designing fixtures and tooling for in-house inspection.

This is a hands-on quality-control role. You are expected to work closely with the production team, carry out inspections accurately and support the timely resolution of quality issues.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Precision or Manufacturing Engineering.
· Hands-on experience operating and programming CMM equipment, preferably using PC-DMIS.
· Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
· Experience in precision engineering or CNC machining is preferred.
· Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 is an advantage.
· Familiar with quality-control measuring equipment and inspection methods.
· Dedicated, responsible and able to work independently.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
