About the Company

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic cross-functional project within the Marketing function. This role will focus on identifying and addressing process and system-related challenges, driving stakeholder alignment, and delivering meaningful business improvements.

About the Role

Working closely with Marketing, Technology, and senior business leaders, you will take ownership of the project end-to-end, from discovery and planning through to execution and implementation. The role requires a seasoned project manager who is comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments, influencing decision-making, and driving outcomes across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic project, ensuring milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Partner closely with Marketing and Technology teams to identify challenges, gather requirements, and drive solution implementation.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Heads of Departments and functional leaders, to build alignment and support project objectives.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to drive decision-making, issue resolution, and consensus across stakeholder groups.
• Develop and manage project governance, communication plans, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and system effectiveness.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple functions, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
• Drive implementation, testing, and adoption of agreed solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including significant project management experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.

Required Skills

• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and Heads of Function.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions in a matrix organization.
• Experience in process improvement, business transformation, system implementation, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certification is an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

Contract Duration: 9 months. This opportunity is ideal for experienced project managers looking to lead a high-impact initiative from start to finish. The initial contract term is 9 months, with the possibility of renewal should project requirements extend beyond the original scope.
