Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submission documents.
• Organise and maintain tender records and document repositories.
• Coordinate the collection of supporting documents from internal stakeholders.
• Perform document formatting, proofreading, printing, and scanning as required.
• Update tender trackers and maintain submission logs.
• Support vendor registration and pre-qualification documentation.
• Assist with other administrative and tender-related activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills.
• Keen interest in the Renewable Energy industry.
