About ContentGenZ

ContentGenZ is an influencer marketing platform that helps brands run UGC and creator campaigns without the usual platform fees. Plans start at $99/month flat, with an agency tier at $149/brand for teams managing multiple clients. We're a small, fast-moving team and this is a new role we're building from scratch.

The role

We're looking for a self-starter to own the full sales cycle: find prospects, warm them up, get them on a call, and close the deal. This isn't a role where leads get handed to you. You're building your own pipeline from the ground up, which means the person who does well here is someone who's comfortable being scrappy and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding.

This is a 100% commission role. There's no cap on what you can earn, and the more clients you sign and keep, the more you make.

What you'll do

• Source leads through outbound channels: cold email, LinkedIn, calls, wherever you can find brands and agencies that fit
• Nurture prospects who aren't ready to buy yet, without letting them go cold
• Run discovery and sales calls, and handle objections
• Close new clients across all three plans ($99/mo, $299/mo, and $149/brand for agencies)
• Keep basic records of your pipeline so we both know where things stand

Compensation

Paid per signed, paying client, plus a trailing commission for as long as they stay:

• $99/mo subscription $50-80 + 10% of monthly revenue
• $299/mo subscription$************* + 10% of monthly revenue
• $149/brand (agency) subscription $************* per brand + 10% of monthly revenue

Bounty amount within each range is based on deal quality and any negotiated discounts. Full terms will be laid out in a written commission agreement before you start.

What we're looking for

• Experience in outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, marketing services, or agency sales
• Comfortable making cold calls and running a sales conversation without a script to lean on
• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline without someone chasing you for updates
• Based in a time zone that overlaps reasonably with ours, or flexible enough to make it work
  

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with brand marketers, agencies, or e-commerce companies
• Familiarity with the creator/UGC marketing space
• Experience selling low-ticket, high-volume SaaS rather than big enterprise deals
