Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior AI Trainer, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur with partial remote work flexibility. The Senior AI Trainer will be responsible for training AI models through data labeling, annotation, and quality validation tasks. Responsibilities also include researching and developing scalable AI training methodologies, collaborating with engineering teams, and improving existing AI systems. The role requires debugging and testing AI solutions to enhance AI-driven workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Labeling, Annotation, and Quality Assurance for training AI models.
• Experience in designing AI Training Frameworks and defining scalable methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Machine Learning principles.
• Research skills to identify advancements and innovate in AI implementation strategies.
• Collaborative teamwork and communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and debugging skills for refining AI models and processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in AI-centric product delivery is a plus.
