Tanggungjawab
- Analyse and improve on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in terms of availability, performance and quality factor.
- Identify operational losses, improve the productivity and reduce the cost of overall production operations.
- To carry out troubleshooting in machinery issue or breakdown.
- Review production documentation or procedure periodically to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.
- Initiate/coordinate kaizen project for production dept.
- To coordinate with QA/Engineering dept on quality or machinery performance issue to ensure effective operation control and good quality product deliver to customer.
- Set up training program to ensure competency of production personnel.
- To prepare weekly/monthly report for management review.
- To involve in ad-hoc project/task assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/Automation/any related engineering field.
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in fast paced manufacturing.
- Good knowledge in machine maintenance and troubleshooting/working schedule arrangements.
- Good people management skills.
- Willing to be based in Taiping, Perak.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
