JOB DESCRIPTION – HR ADMIN
Position: HR Admin

JOB PURPOSE
To provide effective administrative and HR support in managing employee records, recruitment, attendance, payroll support, statutory matters, employee welfare, documentation, and daily HR operations.
A–Z HR ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIESA – Attendance
- Monitor daily employee attendance.
- Check late coming, early leaving, absence and incomplete attendance records.
- Maintain attendance records and prepare attendance reports.
- Follow up with employees regarding attendance issues.
B – Benefits
- Assist in administering employee benefits.
- Maintain records of medical benefits, allowances, claims and other employee benefits.
- Assist employees with benefit-related enquiries.
C – Compensation & Claims
- Assist with salary and allowance information.
- Check overtime, claims, deductions and other payroll-related information.
- Ensure supporting documents are complete before processing claims.
D – Documentation
- Prepare HR letters, memos, forms and other documents.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and filing.
- Ensure employee documents are complete and updated.
E – Employee Records
- Maintain individual employee files.
- Update employee personal information, employment status and other HR records.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
F – Foreign Worker Administration
- Maintain foreign worker records and documentation.
- Assist with passport, work permit, FOMEMA and related documentation.
- Coordinate with agents and relevant authorities when required.
G – Government & Statutory Matters
- Assist with HR-related government submissions and documentation.
- Maintain records relating to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and PCB.
- Follow up on pending statutory matters.
H – Hiring & Recruitment
- Assist with recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
- Post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and arrange interviews.
- Communicate with candidates.
I – Induction & Onboarding
- Prepare onboarding documents for new employees.
- Assist new employees with company rules, policies and procedures.
- Ensure required documents are collected and filed.
- Coordinate employee registration in HR/payroll systems.
J – Job & Position Records
- Maintain updated records of employee positions, departments and reporting lines.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions when required.
- Maintain recruitment and vacancy records.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
