Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and meeting preparations.
- Receive and manage courier deliveries, parcels, and mail.
- Maintain visitor registration and office access records.
Office Administration
- Manage office stationery, pantry supplies, and general inventory.
- Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning services, and facility vendors.
- Organise filing, document management, printing, scanning, and binding.
- Administer office access cards, keys, and shared office resources.
- Ensure the office environment remains organised, professional, and operational.
Corporate Operations Support
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist in organising meetings, workshops, company events, and staff activities.
- Support procurement and administrative purchasing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
HR & Finance Administrative Support
- Prepare onboarding materials and workspaces for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.
- Assist with staff engagement initiatives and company events.
- Support petty cash administration and organise supplier invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
General Administrative Support
- Prepare meeting minutes and simple reports when required.
- Maintain company contact lists and administrative records.
- Assist cross-functional teams with operational and administrative requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Corporate Operations.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
