Digital Sales Executive

Location: AFYAA Tower, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Manage and follow up with leads using the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs.
• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's sales goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service to encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements

• Passionate about Sales and Customer Service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
• Willing to learn and continuously improve.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position.

• Earn up to 15% commission on every successful sale.
• No basic salary is provided.
• Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
