Kerja Sepenuh Masa Steward Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Holiday Inn & Suites Penang Prai Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, back-of-house, and stewarding areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Prepare stewarding duty rosters and allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance of stewarding colleagues.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members.
• Ensure all dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment are operated and maintained properly.
• Report equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs with the Engineering department.
• Monitor and control the usage of cleaning chemicals and stewarding supplies.
• Maintain inventory of operating equipment and report shortages or damages.
• Assist in stock-taking and inventory control of kitchen equipment.
• Support banquet operations and ensure sufficient equipment is available for events.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling procedures are followed.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Steward or Executive Chef.
