Responsible for maintaining the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the product catalogue on the PGMall platform. This role ensures accurate product categorization, listing quality, and compliance with marketplace standards. It also identifies inaccurate, duplicate, misleading, prohibited, or potentially fraudulent listings to deliver a safe, trusted, and seamless shopping experience. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to continuously improve catalogue quality and operational efficiency.

Job Description

- Review and maintain the accuracy, completeness, and quality of product listings across the PGMall marketplace.

- Ensure products are assigned to the correct categories, brands, attributes, and variations according to catalogue standards.

- Conduct routine catalogue audits to identify and rectify inaccurate product information, duplicate listings, pricing discrepancies, and other catalogue quality issues.

- Monitor product listings to identify counterfeit, misleading, prohibited, or suspicious products while ensuring genuine brand representation.

- Ensure all product content, claims, images, and media comply with marketplace policies, intellectual property rights, trademark guidelines, and applicable regulations.

- Investigate listing-related issues and potential fraudulent activities, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

- Collaborate with relevant internal departments to resolve catalogue issues and improve marketplace quality.

- Monitor catalogue quality metrics and recommend continuous improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience.

- Prepare periodic reports on catalogue quality, policy violations, fraud trends, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Information Management, or a related field.

- 1–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, catalogue management, marketplace operations, or product data management.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.

- Strong understanding of product categorization, catalogue management, and marketplace standards.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
