The Role

Because we operate a successful chain concept, our recipes and preparation steps are already perfected and standardized—your main job is leading the kitchen to run like clockwork. We are looking for a sharp operational manager who can master our systems fast, enforce strict kitchen standards, and manage a clean, efficient, disciplined team.

Key Responsibilities

• Strict SOP & Quality Control: Learn our operational guides quickly and ensure every dish is prepared strictly according to brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Staff Leadership & Discipline: Lead, supervise, and control kitchen staff, ensuring everyone strictly follows operational, safety, and hygiene rules.
• Waste & Inventory Control: Manage stock, minimize food waste, monitor portioning, and keep food costs optimized.
• Cleanliness & Food Safety: Maintain top-tier kitchen hygiene, sanitation standards, and overall cleanliness at all times.
• Daily Operations: Oversee opening/closing checklists, daily prep management, and smooth service flow during peak rush hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant/kitchen management or team supervision (SOP-driven / chain restaurant experience is a major plus!).
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb operational workflows and guidelines.
• Strong leadership traits: firm, disciplined, and capable of maintaining team accountability.
• High standards for kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
