Sepenuh Masa Specialist, Planning Operations (Night Shift) Jobs, in VF Corporation Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized Specialist, Planning Operations to join our growing team, supporting the night shift operations in Malaysia. In this position, you will play a key role in executing system and data processes while ensuring operational continuity across shifts.

Beyond operational execution, you will also contribute to identifying process gaps, improving data quality, and enhancing overall efficiency, working closely with the Associate Manager and cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our master data, creating and maintaining purchase orders, and meeting or exceeding team service level targets.

Key Area of Responsibility:

1. System & Purchase Order Execution

• Perform system updates for Purchase Order prerequisite master data in SAP (training will be provided).
• Create Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders in SAP in line with defined business requirements and timelines.
• Manage Purchase Order changes and perform maintenance activities through to closure.

2. Data Accuracy & Validation

• Conduct regular data accuracy checks to ensure integrity and reliability of master data and transactions.
• Support issue identification and follow through on data discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.

3. Reporting & Operational Visibility

• Generate reports to support data verification and operational tracking.
• Highlight potential risks or inconsistencies observed during daily operations.

4. Service Level Execution

• Meet or exceed team Service Level targets for accuracy and on-time execution.
• Ensure consistent delivery standards during night shift operations, supporting business continuity.

5. Process Awareness & Continuous Improvement

• Proactively identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues in day-to-day operations.
• Provide input and support for process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and workflow optimization.
• Contribute to improving handover quality between day and night shifts through clear documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data management, operations, or a similar role.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team and across shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues and contribute to process improvements is an advantage.
