• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding the shipment
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments
• Attend to Ad-hoc enquires in regards to rates, documentations and service options
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents and customs related paperwork
• Resolve customer queries y determining cause of the problem and providing the best solution to solve the issue

• Build stronger relationship with clients
• Provide higher customer satisfaction at all levels
• Apply most efficient and effective methods to handle customers jobs

Performance Target:

• Proactive information sharing and Immediate updates to clients
• On time billing and costing – within 3 days from cargo delivery or cargo departure
• On time delivery – within 2 days from cargo unstuff and/or container discharge
• Timely updates of internal system effective vendor management
• Cost & GP control for every job
• Avoid the issuance of credit notes
• Avoid occurrence of any additional costs

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
