JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customers' service needs and recommending suitable maintenance or repair solutions.
• Prepare service quotations, obtain customer approval for additional repairs, and clearly explain the work completed and charges.
• Coordinate with the workshop to ensure vehicles are completed and delivered within the promised timeline.
• Keep customers updated on repair progress, parts backorders, and the status of major repairs.
• Participate in service campaigns, recalls, and Fix-It-Right programmes.
• Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum qualification of SKM Level II, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
• Possess own transportation and a valid Class D driving licence.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant working experience.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
