- Malaysian citizen.
- Possess at least a Diploma, preferably with a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, adaptable, and a fast learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably with 3-4 years of relevant HR experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening of applications, interview coordination, reference checks, coordination of pre-employment medical examinations and background screening, preparation of employment offers and pre-employment documentation, and onboarding of new employees.
- Attend to HR-related correspondence, both internal and external.
- Support the administration of payroll-related matters and preparation of month-end HR reports.
- Maintain and accurately update HR records, including employees' personal information and related documentation.
- Support the day-to-day HR operations, including employee leave administration, medical claims, and other HR administrative functions.
- Liaise with external vendors on HR-related services and employee benefits.
- Perform ad hoc duties and any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
