Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support the daily cleaning operations and site teams.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and on-the-job training.

* Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

* Act as the primary point of contact for routine client feedback and inquiries.
