Job scopes

• Collate and reconsolidation of data and reports
• Performs tracking and deliver reports to stakeholders
• Provide operational support to new hires during their first day of onboarding
• Support Learning team in administration of training materials
• Follow instructions & processes to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
• Provide administrative support for program and event or other ad-hoc duties for customer centre
• Flexibility in work deployment when business needs arise.

Job requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• With a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the banking industry.
• Sound knowledge of banking products, processes, and operations.
• Driven, consistently meeting expectations and resourceful.
• Good appreciation of financial market trends.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Computing skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
