Position Summary

The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient service, high food quality, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role supervises outlet staff, maintains operational standards, and ensures compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Supervision

• Supervise and lead outlet staff during daily operations.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor staff duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and service standards.
• Ensure employees comply with company policies, grooming standards, and workplace safety requirements.

Outlet Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the outlet.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements or shortages.
• Ensure all operational procedures are followed efficiently.

Food Quality & Safety

• Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Address any food quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Customer Service

• Deliver and promote exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Resolve customer issues effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Administration & Reporting

• Prepare daily operational reports as required.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving outlet targets.
• Report operational issues, maintenance needs, and staffing concerns to management.
• Assist in implementing promotions and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
