You will be responsible for:
- Championing a positive workplace where people feel supported, valued and do their best work
- Driving continuous improvements to HR processes, systems and ways of working
- Coordinating staff engagement initiatives and supporting HR projects
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and HR policies
- Preparing regulatory submissions, reports and manpower updates
- Managing employee lifecycle changes and maintaining HR records
- Supporting audits, grants and documentation requirements
- Maintaining HR templates, SOPs and employee records
- Managing monthly payroll and statutory submissions
- Serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries
