1.     Operations Management

• Supervise the daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead each shift and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
• Conduct opening, closing, and shift handover procedures.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and dining ambience meet company standards.

2.     Team Leadership

• Supervise, motivate, and coach Service Crew members during each shift.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.
• Ensure staff comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor staff punctuality, grooming, attendance, and performance.

3.     Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Resolve service issues effectively and implement appropriate service recovery where necessary.

4.     Inventory & Cash Control

• Monitor stock levels of front-of-house supplies.
• Conduct stock checks and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper cash handling, POS transactions, and daily settlement procedures.
• Minimize wastage and prevent operational losses.

5.     Compliance & Food Safety

• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene requirements and company food safety procedures.
• Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety.
• Monitor compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.

6.     Administrative Duties

• Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
• Monitor service KPIs and recommend improvements.
