Your new role

• Partner with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of insurance core platforms and digital solutions.
• Monitor platform performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology capabilities.
• Analyse end-to-end policy lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and operational improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Platform Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, and claims.
• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science
• Experience supporting core insurance platform implementations, upgrades, or transformation programmes.
